Prawn Curry Kapitan


I made these a few weeks ago but only now I found the time to post the pic. Thank you Gert
for the recipe. Since I have lady finger and eggplant, I add them to my curry too. The only thing that I didn have then was the buah keras but it still turned out very good.

hey girl tht looks really..really sedap! .. I'd give anything to eat some Asian food today ... tired of eating steak & potatoes & pasta for the past few days :( I nak something pedas tht I can makan with nasi! =)

Gert, i guna frozen udang galah. well, i think its udang galah since it smells like it. i made some more last night for shirley&kevin using the regular prawns but the smell was not there. hehe.

Kak Ram, memang tak habis even after me & diana both have 2 plates each. siap i bagi dia tapau lagi.

Envy, datanglah ke cali. il cook some more for u ok?

the thing is, saya sendiri yg dah berdekad hidup tak penah try this particular dish. maybe bcos kalau gi mamak, balik2 kari ikan, ayam goreng and popedoms. normally skip je all the stacks of trays.
