Free Entrance to Disneyland on Your 2009 Birthday

I love Disneyland. The happpiest place on earth. I wish I could go there once a week but the entrance fee is so freaking expensive. Yes its cheaper to buy the yearly pass (when you pro-rate the cost) but it would still put a huge dent in your budget especially when you have kid(s). And that is before you add in your meal expenses or your express pass or those souvenirs or clothes. Trust me. If you have kids esp girls, you'd go crazy looking at the princess dresses, tiaras, accessories and such. I dont have kids and I still went crazy! Too bad (or is it thank god? lol) Im not working anymore.

But watching abc7 news this morning, I found out that for the whole of 2009, Disneyland is going to give you a free entrance on your birthday. Isnt that awesome?! I think the offer also includes Disney World Orlando. I think. Dont take my word for it. Just go to their respective websites to find out how to get this offer and more or just google for disney free birthday entrance. Please bear in mind that the free entrance is only on your 2009 birthday but you can make the reservation starting now. If you're planning for a visit to SoCal, maybe you can schedule it around your birthday. Children below 3 enters for free.

That's a good deal, especially now that the Ringgit has weaken against the US Dollar.

But don't think I'll be able to enjoy the deal because my birthday's in January - not enough time to save and plan for a holiday to Disneyland.

Free entrance for 2009 birthday? Still can't afford la unless they give me free air tickets from KL as well. I suppose they will only agree to offer that for my 2009th birthday! Hehehe...

Really? Very tempting.
hmm... between Disneyland for free (but pay for flight, hubby's entrance ticket, hotel stay - clean fun) and Las Vegas (package tour including flight and hotel stay), I may just go to Sin City. hahaha

Seriously though, I think if one lives around your area, it is certainly worth taking up on that offer since entrance tickets are so bloody freaking expensive. :D
(oops sorry .. could not help myself. haha)

The last time I went to Disneyland was when I was 11. Eons ago seeing that I'm old and all. We went to DisneyWorld (Florida) and then DisneyLand (L.A)but the fact that I could get free entrance during my bDay in 2009 is making me salivating at the mouth.

Thanks for the heads up!

you probably need a plastic surgery in order for me not to recognize you. to cut the story short I was blog-hopping from Pak Idrus who mentioned the name farina... and then the grey cells did the rest. at ITM I was simply... MAD.

good to be touching again... eh, in touch again... HEHEHE...

Hi Farina,
Bestnya dapat free entrance! But to go there from Malaysia will definitely burn a hole in my shallow pocketlah....

I've been to Disneyland LA a few times when I was a student there. One of my fav places next to Six Flags Magic Mountain and Universal Studios. If only I could bring the whole family there now... wow... mesti best punya..

I have to keep on dreaming.. coz when you dream, you tend to work hard for it... ok lunchtime's over, back to work!

Mad, wht do u mean? im pretty sure i look different then when i was in itm? :P

Kak Ja, at least the hotel here is not as expensive as in NY. ;) I havent been to six flags but i dont swim or ride roller coasters. lol.

Hey Kak Farina,

Wah! I should get my visa then! Darn...I got classes in January lar, where my birthday is =(

And anyway, was told I have to be in Canada for AT LEAST 6 months before I can apply for a US visa from Canada...

They don't want ppl to all go to Canada and apply for visa from there, thinking it is easier to get. So you have to be in Canada for a legit reason (like studying lor) for six months before you can apply...

Sigh...

Pugly, i wish they were mine but they'r actually my bro's triplet. Cute kan diorang? ;)

Daphne, alamak. Itulah sipaa suruh born in Jan? Kan dah lepas peluang? lol.
